Terms and conditions

The terms apply to offers and treatment agreements. An agreement generally starts when the patient accepts treatment verbally or in writing. Estimates are non-binding during the validity period shown.

The practice performs services to the best of its knowledge and ability and under professional rules. Dental care is an obligation of effort, not a guaranteed result. Carefully selected third parties may be engaged.

Confidential information is protected unless disclosure is legally required. Data may be shared for care with involved colleagues, dental technicians, insurers and public authorities.

Obligations may be suspended where circumstances outside the practice’s control prevent performance. If this continues for more than three months, either party may terminate under the terms.

Appointments are personal. Cancellation must be made at least two working days in advance during office hours. The terms list missed-appointment fees of €15 for 0–10 minutes, €45 for 11–30 minutes, €90 for 31–60 minutes and €150 beyond 60 minutes, including VAT. These differ from the house rules and require confirmation before publication.

Invoices are handled by Infomedics. Infomedics’ payment deadlines and collection measures apply. Partial payments may first be allocated to costs and interest.
