Payment and invoices

Infomedics may first submit the invoice to your insurer. If your insurer does not reimburse all costs, you receive an invoice for the remainder. The standard payment period is 30 days.

At infomedics.nl you can check payment status, pay via iDEAL, request free payment deferment or arrange a paid instalment plan. The Infomedics service desk is available on 036 20 31 900, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
