House rules

The practice works by appointment only. We send appointment reminders by email, but you remain responsible for attending your appointment.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be rescheduled and the reserved treatment time may be charged.

If you cannot attend, cancel at least two working days in advance during office hours. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. The source documents use different calculation methods; the practice will confirm the governing rule before publication.

Please tell the practice promptly about changes to your address, telephone number, email address, health, medication or health insurer. You will receive a health questionnaire at your first visit.

Silence your mobile phone during treatment. Smoking in or near the practice and pets in the practice are not permitted. Keep personal belongings with you; lost property is kept for 14 days.

We are bound by professional confidentiality. Please respect the privacy of other patients and staff. Ask permission before making photos, video or audio recordings. Aggression, theft and vandalism are not accepted.
